My slider is not siding. i have read your document and followed everything step by step. i double checked and it is still not moving.

This is a very common issue happens due to some optimization plugins.
for ex: autoptimize, Litecache etc.
please disable those plugins and then check if the slider is working or not.
if it is still showing the problem then please mail us your wordpress details we will need to check the issue
